If a camera appears offline or live video will not load, first identify how much of the system is affected. These checks gather information without changing the system configuration.
Is one camera unavailable, every camera at one site, or only the mobile app? Note the camera name, site, time, and exact message. If an authorized local viewing screen is available, record whether it shows live video.
Ask your site or IT contact whether there is a known power or internet issue. Note any recent router, internet-provider, cabling, or equipment changes. Observe accessible indicator lights without opening equipment or disconnecting cables.
If your normal account allows it, check whether recent recordings are available. A live-view error alone does not establish whether recording has stopped. Report what you can actually see rather than assuming footage has been lost.
Do not factory-reset a camera or recorder, format storage, delete recordings, change firewall settings, or repeatedly disconnect power. Follow only the model-specific recovery steps supplied by your authorized administrator or support team.
Submit a support ticket if the issue persists, multiple devices are affected, or important coverage is unavailable. Include the device names, start time, recent changes, and whether local viewing and recording appear to work.
While coverage is uncertain, follow your property's existing incident and access procedures. A support ticket is not an emergency response channel.
