Record the brands and model numbers you can safely see, approximate equipment age, number of cameras or sensors, and the apps you currently use. Note who owns the equipment and whether an existing service agreement affects its use. Do not share passwords or alarm codes in an inquiry.
A review can distinguish equipment that can stay, equipment that needs replacement, and work needed for power, cabling, or networking. Existing cameras do not automatically support AI analytics or cloud recording just because they provide a video image.
Agree on which functions must remain available, how existing recordings will be preserved if needed, and how the completed work will be tested. Coordinate any changes affecting an existing alarm or monitoring service with the responsible provider. Do not cancel a service until the replacement scope and handover are clear.
Ask PGC to review your home security upgrade options. Include your DFW city, existing equipment details, and the three improvements that matter most. Recommendations and pricing depend on the verified system and site conditions.
